Merchant Banking is at the core of the principal investing activities of Triman Capital. We invest directly in companies to help achieve their financial and strategic goals. We also support the broader corporate initiatives of our partner companies through the structuring, monitoring and harvesting of other strategic services provided by Triman Capital. We co-invest capital with strategic private investors, venture funds, and angel capital. We do not manage or invest capital on behalf of third parties. This provides us with the flexibility to design capital solutions tailored to the specific needs of our partner companies.
Our belief is that we are a part of our client’s team and strive to provide sound, comprehensive advice and seek to maximize value in every aspect of a transaction; using our experience to structure and execute transactions to minimize time, costs and risks to the client while maximizing corporate flexibility. We support and assist our client’s management team and their legal and technical consultants throughout the business life cycle.
